We'd also like to welcome Republican Andrew Horning to the race. Andy defeated his Republican opponent in the primary handily. Julia Carson's win in the Democrat primary was never in doubt. Now that the Republicans and Democrats have chosen their candidates in a primary that cost Marion county taxpayers approximately ,000, maybe we can get on to the campaign.
